The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our obligations under Article 246 §2 inconnection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 of Introductory Act to the Civil Code and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 Introductory Act to the Civil Code. Only if not shipped by parcel (e.g. bulky goods) you may declare the return through return request in writing. To comply with this deadline sufficient to send the goods or apply for a cancellation. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk.

Сonsequences of revocation
In case of a valid cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If you can not or in part, or only in deteriorated condition can return us the goods and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), you must pay us compensation. The compensation must be paid for deterioration and derived benefits only if the benefits or deterioration happened due to the treatment with the item the properties and functioning of which are to be tested. "Testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and trying out the goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to ordered and the price of the returned goods does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or when at the moment of the return overprice goods not yet been paid in full or in part, according to the contract of installment. Otherwise the return is free for you. The period begins for you when you send your revocation declaration or the goods, for us with their reception.
